Sabine and the Ghost

Description

After touching down on a planet the Rebel crew of the Ghost took some much needed sleep after their latest encounter with the Empire. For Sabine it was a much looked to opportunity for her to get out of the ship and stretch her legs. She had been cramped inside of the Ghost for too long which she considered to be too small for her now much taller frame.

After taking a walk around the ship Sabine couldn't help but look at the night sky above her. She leaned on the top of ship and stared up towards the stars. She wondered if the rebellion against the Empire would be successful or was it doomed to failure. She also thought about what was happening to herself. She wondered if she would stop growing or if she would just keep going with no end in sight.

This is the second super tall Sabine Wren piece that I commissioned :iconteaquill: to do. Rather than doing four pieces over a year an a half instead it'll be a monthly series which will all be in B&W for two reasons. The first that it is cheaper for me and the second is that it is easy for TQ to draw since she doesn't have to worry about colour (since Sabine is a very colourful character). Each piece will have their own mini story to go along with it and the pieces will not be in order. This means that one piece could have her as being really big but a future piece will have her at a shorter height. Also they would not necessarily be canon to one another since in my mind these are only really for fun. I hope that you enjoy and please keep your eyes peeled for future pieces. Personally I can't wait for them.

I would also like to take a moment to say a special thank you to :iconteaquill:. She is a fantastic artist who has once again done a great job with this piece. If you want to commission her yourself, please note her and her rates are very affordable, keep up the good work my friend.

A monthly series makes more sense, just try not to bankrupt yourself. ;) (Wink)

I'm a little surprised she even fits into the ship.
